High-Temperature Steam Resistance

Icons illustrating UQESH's heat resistance and high-temperature steam tolerance

Epoxy resins soften at 50-60°C and are not resistant to high temperatures or steam. UQESH adopts castor oil polyol, which breaks through the temperature resistance limit of conventional resins and is specially engineered for high-temperature steam environments.

Heat Resistance

Castor oil polyurethane also has good high-temperature resistance (pure resin status).

Thermal Cycling Test

Alternating between hot water (90°C) and cold water (5°C) for 5 minutes each constitutes one cycle.

Hydrolysis Resistance

Icons illustrating UQESH's hydrolysis resistance and long-term durability

The UQESH® system is engineered for tough environments. Its unique castor-oil-based polyurethane structure provides excellent hydrolysis resistance, ensuring long-term durability and an aesthetically pleasing result.

Excellent Stain Resistance and Easy Cleanability

Icons illustrating UQESH's stain and chemical resistance

Once cured, the UQESH® system forms a full-thickness, dense and inert protective layer with an impermeable surface, which effectively resists the penetration of oil stains and syrup, and can be thoroughly cleaned with ease. The surface is resistant to bacterial and mould growth, ensuring safety, durability and convenient maintenance.
