What data we collect
We collect personal data in the following situations:
- Contact forms and partner applications: when you fill in a form on the website (such as the contact form or the partner application), we collect the information you provide, such as name, email address, phone number, company name and message.
- The material calculator: when you export a PDF from the calculator, the company name, contact person and a summary of the floor systems and areas you calculated are sent to us so we can follow up on your enquiry. If you only use the calculator without exporting a PDF, we may record anonymous information about which system and area was calculated, without any name or contact details, to understand interest in our products. In both cases we look up an approximate location (country and city) based on your IP address via the service ipapi.co, to understand where enquiries come from.

How we use the data
Data from contact forms, partner applications and exported calculator results is processed via a secure form service (Google Apps Script) and used solely to respond to your enquiry, process your application, and for normal business communication. We never sell your data to third parties.

- Analytics cookies (require your consent): if you consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, in order to improve content and user experience. Under GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict our processing of it. You also have the right to data portability.
