The company develops advanced Japanese castor-oil-based polyurethane technology and specializes in high-performance, bio-based and waterborne floor and wall systems for the food and pharmaceutical industries, cleanrooms, electronics manufacturing and heavy industry.

UQESH is one of Asia's leading brands in bio-based polyurethane flooring and is now expanding globally. UQESH has delivered over six million square metres of floor and wall systems and is an approved flooring supplier to the production facilities of several multinational corporations.
By replacing petrochemical polyols with renewable, castor-oil-based polyols, UQESH reduces dependence on fossil raw materials and can cut the climate footprint by up to 40 percent. This supports the goals of the EU Green Deal and contributes to more sustainable building projects, including within the framework of environmental certification systems such as LEED.
Since 2018, UQESH's floor systems have been approved and used at production facilities within global corporations such as AB InBev, Tsingtao Brewery and TCP Group (Red Bull Thailand), making UQESH part of their global supply chains. Today, UQESH works with over a hundred well-known companies worldwide, and the company's floor systems have been installed across a combined area of more than six million square metres.
