UQESH's flooring systems are developed for commercial environments where aesthetics, safety and disruption during installation all matter. The systems are waterborne and odourless, making them suitable for spaces that remain in operation – offices, shops and shopping centres. Slip resistance can be specified across the full R9–R13 scale (DIN 51130 ramp test) depending on surface requirements, and the decorative CF series is available in over 50 standard colours for both indoor and outdoor use.
Traditional epoxy flooring is often applied with strong-smelling solvents, meaning the space must be ventilated or closed off during and after application – a major disruption for shops, offices and shopping centres that need to stay operational. UQESH's waterborne system is odourless even during application, making it possible to lay the floor with minimal impact on the surrounding business.
