About the Fair

What Is BAU München?

BAU is an international trade fair for architecture, building materials and building systems held every two years in Munich. The fair brings together professionals from across the construction industry, including architects, planners, investors, property developers, contractors and material suppliers.

BAU 2027 takes place on 11–15 January at the Trade Fair Center Messe München. The fair highlights topics such as materials and resources, climate protection and climate adaptation, the living environments of the future, and digitalisation and productivity.
